Our retirement community, built in 1994, offers four beautiful neighborhoods featuring large private and shared spaces. We have two spacious courtyards, a beauty salon, and a spa room.

The Auberge at Sugar Land is well known for our restaurant-quality meals, made by our on-site Executive Chef. In addition to southern delicacies, our Chef specializes in delicious burgers, pasta, multiple Chinese dishes, and more.

From the South: Follow Hwy 6 N to Williams Trace Blvd. Turn North on Williams Trace Blvd. Use the right 2 lanes to turn northeast onto U.S. 59 Frontage Rd. Turn north onto Dairy Ashford Rd/Sugar Creek Blvd. Turn west onto US-90 ALT W. Head north on onto Gillingham Ln/Macco Blvd. Turn west onto 7th St arriving at 1221 Seventh St, Sugar Land, TX.

From the East: Follow I-10 W. Merge onto I-69/US-59 S. Continue onto I-69 and Merge onto U.S. 59 Frontage Rd. Exit onto US-90 ALT W. Turning north on Gillingham Ln/Macco Blvd. Follow Gillingham Ln/Macco Blvd and turn west onto 7th St arriving at 1221 Seventh St, Sugar Land, TX.

From the West: Get on TX-99 S in Houston from Interstate 10. Follow TX-99 S to US-90.
