When joining our retirement community, our Health Services Director, a Licensed Vocational Nurse, conducts a personalized assessment to formulate a custom care plan for each resident. These plans are updated periodically to adjust to changing situations. Our professional team of nurses is both qualified and compassionate in their care.
The property of Hawkins Creek features large floor plans, interior courtyard access, easily accessible common areas, a movie room, a coffee bistro, and a restaurant-style dining room. To live in our community means a life of luxury and comfort.
Our talented and experienced Chef prepares home-style meals using herbs and vegetables from our community garden. We offer three meals a day from an expansive menu, including fried fish, chicken, spaghetti, and full Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.

SPARK® is designed to engage our residents with proven rehabilitative strategies that strive to heighten interaction, optimize cognitive skills as well as promote a sense of purpose and accomplishment. We use tailor fit assessment tools to evaluate each resident’s capabilities and strengths, so the program can best meet their specific needs. Residents are encouraged to participate in a wide range of activities based on their personal interests and abilities.
SPARK® activities have included happy hour, group exercise classes, donation drives, bingo, bowling, National Food Day celebrations, spa services, musical performances, and much more. For the sports fan in our community, we throw Sporting event parties for all to enjoy.
