The Holden Frost House is designed for those who want to live in a distinguished historic home without the worry of upkeep and maintenance. These ten spacious and modern apartment homes adjoin a preserved and restored Federal period mansion.

The Benjamin Porter House is a Federal period historic mansion that was built over 200 years ago, boasting 7 cooperatively owned apartment homes combining the charm of a historic home with the 21st century conveniences. New, customized apartments are adjacent to the mansion, with preserved and restored apartments within the original structure. Many of the apartment homes feature the original design elements of the Federal period, such as gracefully carved moldings, high ceilings, and full-length windows.
