By the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago
In 2018, Franciscan Ministries, sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago, acquired a 60-acre senior living campus that was originally built and nurtured by 14 area Mennonite churches. Renamed The Village at Mercy Creek, it is now part of the Franciscan Communities, which has been providing comfortable housing options for over 125 years.

At The Village at Mercy Creek, sponsored by the Franciscan Sisters of Chicago, a service plan is customized to include verbal reminders, standby assistance or hands-on assistance for bathing, dressing, grooming, meals and activities. Our comprehensive range of supportive services is tailored to meet the individual requirements of each resident. This personalization contributes to their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
