Westmont of Carmel Valley is a 134,437 s.f. senior living project with a two-story main building that consists of 101 assisted living units and 17 memory care units. There will also be 5 single-story duplex casitas that have two bedrooms per unit.
Indoor amenities include a dining area, activity rooms, theater/chapel, fitness room and salon. Outdoor amenities include a dining patio, scenic overlooks, internal walking trails and connection to offsite regional trail.
