From the North: Head west on N Hwy 146 S. Take the exit south onto Texas 146 Access Rd. Turn west onto Red Bluff Rd. Turn southwest onto Old Kirby Rd. Turn south onto Kirby Rd. Turn west onto NASA Road 1. Turn north onto Space Center Blvd to arrive at 19400 Space Center Blvd, Houston, Texas.

From the South: Travel northwest on I-45 N. Take the exit toward TX-518 to merge north onto Gulf Fwy S. Turn northeast onto NASA Rd 1. Turn north onto Space Center Blvd to arrive at 19400 Space Center Blvd, Houston, Texas.

From the West: Drive east on Sam Houston Tollway E. Merge southeast onto I-45 S. Take exit 24 to turn northeast onto NASA Rd 1.
