The Montera Welcomes You!

The Montera is a wonderful Memory Care Community that provides personalized care for families in La Mesa, San Diego, Coronado, La Jolla, and Imperial Beach.

Our highly specialized team is here to offer the care and support that you or your loved one needs living with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Our care is based on your unique situation and is specific to you. We take the time needed to get to know our residents as the special individuals that they are and treat everybody with dignity and respect.

The wonderful living accommodations and social spaces make The Montera a joy to live in. Residents can enjoy the community living room, a dining room, an art studio, a swimming pool, a fitness center, a bistro, a movie theater, a salon and barbershop, a games room, a courtyard, walking paths, and a koi pond.

The choice of meals that residents can pick from on a daily basis is sure to tempt anyone’s taste buds. All of our dishes are freshly prepared and can be adapted to suit any taste or requirement. We welcome friends and family to join us at mealtimes to eat together.

There is always an activity or event taking place in our community. Residents can take part in games nights, volunteering opportunities, movie nights, socials, outings, art classes, exercise classes, and more. All of our activities are especially suited to our Memory Care Community.
