Our property has seven different lovely floor plans available for your living accommodation and beautiful social areas including a common room, communal kitchen, dining room, fitness room, activity room, movie theater, an outdoor patio, walking paths, and manicured lawns, benches, and a water fountain. The food we serve here at Legend of Lititz is delicious. Our Gold Leaf Dining program provides three nutritious meals a day, all created by our Gold Leaf Chefs. Food can be ordered at any time also from our Anytime Dining menu.

The nursing team and other care staff are committed to creating connections and providing high-quality, personalized care to our residents. We believe that everyone should be treated with respect and the highest regard possible.

Our professionals are hired for their considerate and friendly personalities as well as their experience and skills.

A benefit of our community is all of the excellent and fulfilling activities and events that we provide on a daily basis for our residents. Activities include yoga, cooking class, a walking club, craft activities, movie afternoons, puzzles, balloon volleyball, socials, and more. From the South: Drive north on PA-272. Continue onto PA-272/Lititz Pike. Turn west onto W Millport Rd to arrive at 80 W Millport Rd. Lititz, PA.

From the East: Head west on US-30 W/Lincoln Hwy. Take the ramp to continue onto US-30 W. Exit onto PA-501/Lititz Pike and go north. Turn west on W Millport Rd, arriving at 80 W Millport Rd. Lititz, PA.

From the West: Travel southeast on PA-283 E. Take the ramp onto PA-722/State Rd. Turn north onto Koser Rd and head northeast. Go northwest onto Buckwalter Rd. Turn north to continue on Buckwalter Rd. Head east on W Millport Rd and arrive at 80 W Millport Rd. Lititz, PA.
