Liberty Heights is an exceptional Assisted Living Community for the families of Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Fountain, Woodland Park, and Calhan that has every service and amenity you could need or desire.

Our experienced staff of professionals will support you or your loved one with any Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, eating, moving about, and using the restroom. We are here to provide you with the necessary assistance so that you receive personalized, resident-centered care.

From comfortable living accommodations to spacious common areas, residents can enjoy our living room complete with a fireplace, an elegant dining room, an arts center, a fitness center, a spa, a games and activity room, an indoor swimming pool, a library, a courtyard, and a terrace. You will love our delicious meals that cater to all of our residents’ dietary needs and tastes. Family and friends are also invited to spend mealtimes with us. If you are looking for a more intimate family gathering, we have a private dining room that is available.

At Liberty Heights, our highly-skilled and experienced staff members enjoy getting to know each resident as an individual. We treat all with dignity and respect and show warmth and compassion to every resident, making our community a very special place to belong.

We are thrilled to offer our residents a wide range of engaging and entertaining activities and events to participate in. These include mini golf, craft activities, flower arranging, movie nights, Tai Chi, socials, religious services, exercise classes, and more.
