Additionally, our talented Chef provides three meals a day from an expansive menu that includes Italian sausage with peppers and onion, crab cakes, stir fry chicken and vegetables, braised collard greens, mashed potatoes, a number of deserts, and more.  

Our community is staffed by a professional team of nurses and other care staff who provide the highest standard of personalized care. Our compassionate staff provides expert care that caters to the individual. Each member of our community is treated with respect, consideration, and dignity.

From the South: Begin north on I-215/CA-210 W. Turn east onto Bear Valley Rd. Go south onto Apple Valley Rd, arriving at 11825 Apple Valley Rd. Apple Valley, CA. 

From the East: Head west on CA-18/State highway 18. Turn onto Bear Valley Rd and continue west. Go south onto Apple Valley Rd, arriving at 11825 Apple Valley Rd. Apple Valley, CA.
